Here’s How Things Work Around Here At SDF!

Fill out the wedding enquiry form.

Once you have filled that out, we look at your wedding specifics, check the calendar and see if we are available to take on the wedding.

Sam will set up a consultation over the phone or via Zoom/Teams. Here she will find out the things you love, your style and colour scheme. You might have pictures that you have seen that can help to convey your ideas, these are very useful to share.

After the initial chat, we can then dream up all sorts of exciting designs and ideas for your wedding. This will be put into a detailed custom proposal with pricing for every item you are needing. The initial proposal is very much of a working progress, and nothing is set in stone, but it will give us a staring point from which to develop our ideas together. At this point you can confirm the booking to save the date and pay a deposit.

Ready to work with us? Great! We will send you over a contract for you to sign and to pay a deposit which secures the date and also means I will not take on another wedding on this date.
